The Client will be invited to schedule a followвЂђup appointment if they choose. They will invite final questions, reflections, and summarize the key takeвЂђaway points from the meeting. The Consultant then moves to close the meeting.The Client (with the ConsultantвЂ™s support and coaching) then develops a realistic, achievable plan for how best to proceed.The conversation then shifts to an exploration of the conflict, informed by the SelfвЂђAssessment, with the objective of identifying optimal next steps to take toward resolving the conflict.The Consultant then talks about the SelfвЂђAssessment with the Client and invites reflection on what it was like take the survey, as well as personal reactions to the survey.The Client will be provided with all the time and space they need to вЂњtell their story wellвЂќ. The Consultant then invites the Client to describe the conflict as they understand it.For each prompt, choose the statement (either A or B) that best describes how you would respond.
